The user experience team at Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen in Vedbæk shows examples of what they did to design a new set of interaction concepts for their business applications and how they implemented the new user experience in their best-selling product.

The team will show how they built and used personas, how they designed a roles-based UI to simplify the experience of complex applications, and how they used hifi-prototypes to test specific interaction patterns.
