The 7th Danish HCI Research Symposium takes place at the IT University on Thursday November 22, 2007.

The symposium stimulates networking and communication within the HCI community, primarily in Denmark but also in neighbouring countries.

The symposium includes a number of paper presentations and poster sessions and a keynote by professor Jonas Löwgren.

About 20 papers have been submitted on a wide range of HCI topics. About 30 participants are expected - hence the symposium will strike a good balance between intimacy and breadth.

Previous symposia were hosted by University of Aarhus (2001 and 2006), University of Copenhagen (2002), Roskilde University Centre (2003), Aalborg University (2004), and Copenhagen Business School (2005).

The symposium is organized by Anker Helms Jørgensen, IT University of Copenhagen, (anker@itu.dk) in collaboration with Morten Borup Harning, SIGCHI.dk (harning@sigchi.dk).
